The fun starts here! We begin with your vision for this trip. Where, when, with whom—and with insightful questions to help you flesh out important details, we’ll gather information to make this vision a reality. We will cover: your group’s demographics—ages, number of guests, number of rooms needed, room types, any special needs of guests, a rough budget, and ideal activity level desired for group (or parts of group) If needed, we are happy to work with your personal assistant. Next, your personal travel concierge will take your vision and, with their expertise and creativity, craft an tailor-made itinerary, just for you.
2. Confirm Customized Itinerary
We strive for the revealing of your itinerary from your personal travel concierge to be like opening a gift from a friend who knows you well. It will be full of personal touches from your conversation plus a few extras that might intrigue you. Check over it and let us know of any adjustments you would like to make. When the trip vision has been perfected, you will receive a payment schedule with PCI-DSS compliant credit card information request. **Important: no trip is reserved until downpayment. To ensure that your trip is available as designed, please complete the payment form as soon as possible.
3. Enjoy Your Trip
At Carpe Diem Travel, our mission is to make your experience as smooth as possible, so you can just focus on making memories with the ones you love. To ensure that you have every opportunity to relax and move easily through your journey, your personal travel concierge will be available to you before, during, and upon return from your trip. You will have an app available with real time updates to flight information, a detailed itinerary with in country contacts, addresses, transportation arrangements, and all important documents required for travel.
