1. Planning Session

The fun starts here! During your free planning session, we’ll talk about:

  • trip dynamics (number of adults, kids, dates available, preferred transportation, etc)

  • what you don’t want to miss

  • anything you’d really rather avoid.

  • We’ll use our conversation to come up with a customized vacation plan just for you!

2. Review Proposal

After your free planning session, you’ll receive an email from us with a quote for your vacation:

  • your lodging

  • transportation details

  • any tours/extras included

  • a couple extras we think may be perfect for your family

  • price for package

3. Book Your Trip!

Now that we’ve come up with a plan and a budget that works for you, its time to book it! In this step, you’ll:

  • provide any necessary information/documentation for traveling party (mainly for international travel)

  • sign off on travel proposal

  • provide payment information

    And that’s it!
